Daisy Bank and Hope Cottage date back to the 1700s when they were originally lead miners' cottages. First extended in the 1800s and recently modernised to a high standard, they still keep the traditional feel. They are located in the peaceful hamlet of Sparrow Pit, situated in a Conservation Area of the Peak District National Park. Sparrow Pit has a good local pub and provides a central location for visiting the whole of the National Park and the Derbyshire Dales.
Both cottages are built of traditional stone and provide breathtaking, panoramic views of the local area. Inside they are extremely cosy with open fires, exposed beams, original features and a mixture of antique furniture with modern comfort. They are equipped to a high standard and contain all mod cons.
